Fascinated with the intersection between fashion, history and the sartorial influence one has on the other, Stefan constantly seeks out historical relevance and importance in our modern world. Stefan was the 2020-2021 recipient of the Fulbright Masters Degree Award at the University of Glasgow, where he received a Master of Letters in Dress and Textile History. As a student, Stefan collaborated with the Paxton House Trust in the fabrication of costumes for an exhibition on 18th century enslaved dress. His final dissertation utilized plantation diaries of antebellum Southern wives to examine the economic climate of Georgia through the fabrication and purchase of textiles and clothing. Stefan has worked in both the United States and the UK in period film / television, curation, and research.
